Our Mission

HELLO!

As the owner of Unlimited Designs, I'm proud to share the story of our journey. When I took over from Kim Anderson in December 2019, I inherited a legacy of excellence in custom embroidery, sublimation, screen printing, vinyl, and promotional products. Kim had nurtured this business for around a decade, and it was my turn to add my chapter to its story.

Initially, we concentrated on embroidery and vinyl heat press applications, along with a variety of stickers and promotional items. We also outsourced screen printing to keep up with customer demands. Then came the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a new player in the industry, it was a daunting period for me. We had to close our doors temporarily, but we didn't let this setback dampen our spirits. Instead, we adapted, continuing to serve our customers with essential products like masks and gloves through direct shipments.

One of the pivotal moments for Unlimited Designs was in May 2022, when we expanded our services to include sublimation. This was a big step, requiring us to educate our customers about its unique benefits and why it stands out from other printing methods. It's been a gradual but rewarding journey, watching sublimation grow in popularity among our offerings.

My team and I are dedicated to providing quality and satisfaction, continually adapting to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
